Columbia Class Construction Exceeds Industrial Base Capacity
The nation’s current Submarine Construction Industrial Base has tried, but failed, since 2011 to deliver 2 new Virginia Class submarines per year.
The Same Industrial Base Which Hasn’t Yet Achieved Steady 2 per year Production is now required, with the addition of the Virginia Class Payload Module and Columbia Class Construction, tasked with delivering the equivalent of 5 per year.
